Eat Sticks, Talk Sh!t is North Byron Hotel’s new weekly yakitori series, firing up every Wednesday from 7th of May, until the end of August, from 5:30–8:30pm each week.
Expect rotating flavours, signature sides, and Asian night market vibes—open flame creations on our trusted and love Traeger wood-fired BBQ, as well as new sides each week – miso, ramen, udon, smacked cucumbers and more. Pair it all with cozy autumn/winter cocktails and good banter. See you there!
