Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully and get in touch if you have any questions!

Booking Policy:

  • We cannot guarantee specific tables or areas but will do our best to accommodate requests.
  • We cannot always join tables, so larger groups may be split across multiple tables.
  • We may require a pre-order for larger groups (either banquet-style sharing dishes or a set menu).
  • Drinks bookings and Area Hires are based on a mixture of seated and standing space.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a holding fee/the card authorisation amount (see cancellation notes below).
  • In the case of wet weather for outdoor bookings, we will endeavour to move your booking to a covered area where there’s availability.

Sitting Policy:

  • During busy periods we operate a sitting policy based on group size. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your table may be given to waiting guests.

Cancellations:

  • Same-day or late cancellations with a card authorisation will be charged the holding fee.
  • Late cancellations are considered as: within 24hrs for groups up to 15 or within 48hrs for groups larger than 15 people.

Children:

  • Must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Cannot run around the venue or order from the bar stations and should be mindful of people walking with glass, plates, knives, etc.
  • Must be fully clothed, including shoes (there can be residual glass on the ground from regular breakages).
  • Should not be in the main bar or sports bar areas, or around the pool table as these are drinking areas, predominantly for adults.
  • Cannot play in the car parking areas or on bikes, scooters, etc.

We have a large play area at the back of the beer garden for children to play or colouring in to keep them entertained whilst at the table. We are a family friendly hotel and hope that parents are mindful of other guests and our team trying to work.

Fur Friends:

  • Dogs and other pets are allowed in our beer garden and outdoor areas but must be tied up on a leash, not free roaming.

Our Beautiful Garden:

  • Please do not pick, pull, trample or swing from our beautiful gardens.
  • Please be mindful of certain plants that should not be touched and keep little ones out of the garden areas.

Our lovely gardener, Fi, works tirelessly to make everything look beautiful for your arrival and our team use the plants and flowers to elevate the food and beverages that we serve.

Dress Code:

  • Clothing and footwear must be worn by all guests, including children.

No-BYO:

  • Food and drink cannot be brought in from external merchants/home.

Please get in touch if you would like to bring a cake, as this will need to be approved by management in advance.

Food & Menus:

  • We pride ourselves on sourcing fresh, local, seasonal produce so our menus will change throughout the year.
  • A sample menu can be viewed online here and daily specials can be found at the bar (until sold out).
  • If we are short-staffed, we will offer a smaller menu to continue providing the best possible quality and service to our guests.
  • We may need to close the kitchen from time to time, to clean and prepare between lunch/dinner and apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

Dietary Requirements:

  • Please let us know if you or any of your guests have allergies or special dietary requirements.
