Eat Sticks, Talk Sh!t is North Byron Hotel’s new weekly yakitori series, firing up every Wednesday from 7th of May, until the end of August, from 5:30–9pm each week.
Expect rotating flavours, signature sides, and Asian night market vibes—open flame creations on our trusted and love Traeger wood-fired BBQ, as well as new sides each week – miso, ramen, udon, smacked cucumbers and more. Pair it all with cozy autumn/winter cocktails and good banter.
Each Wednesday, Nic Campbell brings his signature musical flair to the Eat Sticks, Talk Shit event, gracing the space with the smooth sounds of his jazz duo and the dynamic energy of the Versace Boys. Alongside a rotating lineup of talented musician friends, Nic blends blues, soul, and jazz into a rich, soulful experience that feeds the community’s love for great food, great music, and great company. It’s more than a performance—it’s a weekly celebration of culture, connection, and creativity.
